Resident Welfare Association (RWA) Sector 45 was founded & Registered in Year 2007 by Our Enlightened Founders & other Residents for the welfare for the people of Sector,RWA was re-registered under HRRS Act 2012 Later, RWA has been working since last 13 Years RWA Sector 45 Gurgaon has left no stone unturned for the benefit of residents of Sector 45. We aim to develop and nurture a modern, prosperous and vibrant sector in which cleanliness and hygiene is supreme and the basic requirement. Our goals are as detailed. Maintenance of Parks. Ensuring Pot Hole free roads in our sector. Ensuring a Clean sector by NO Stray PIG & No Monkey & No Slum Proper Lighting on Main roads, Parks, Intersections etc. If possible, arrange Security Guards on entrances and exits. Green belt Development - Boundary wall Fencing. Solving recurrent water and Sewerage problem. Development of Sports Center at Sector 45. Creating online presence of RWA Sector 45 in the form of, Facebook page WhatsApp, and its own Website, so that residents can submit their problems with ease and they would be reverted back. Puneet Pahwa, Is the power house of our RWA he is known as one-man army but works like an engine carries all from all walks and talks of life together he is a very hard worker and devotes his personal attention and care for day to day developmental work happening in our Sector 45. His presence is a boon for the society.
Sh Kataria, an avid social worker and are highly experienced in dealing with day to day affairs of RWA their presence in Body is like sone pe suhaga.
Sh Harish has been the working hard for Audint Work of RWA Accounts and Balance sheets to streamline in its working and ensuring all round improvemnt overall in Pulic Domain.
She has been an epitome of Care and affection towards children being an anchor with sweet voice is master in winning hearts of all in most of the functions and celebrations.
Our RWA has a Governing body whis is being formed from amongst the area representatives, Having Our Torch bearers Shri Man Mohan Gupta EX Member, Col R.S Yadav, Shri O.P Yadav, Sh Trilok Kaushik, Sh Naveen Arora, Sh L.R. Yadav, Sh Anand Bansal, Sh. Bhoopinder Singh, Sh. G.S. Kataria, Sh S.N Yadav, Shri Ashwani Dabra, Shri Puneet Pahwa, Shri Vijay Yadav & All Other are leading & Guiding this apex body which takes major decisions and acts of our RWA in the benefit of our Residents. They meet at least once in a month and discuss and finalize action plans We are Fourtunate to have Young and Dynamic Youth Volunteers, Sh Harish Verma, Shri Rattandeep Punia, Shri Bhuvnesh Aggrawal, Shri Baijnath Pandey, Shri Anand Mishra & Others who are helping RWA time to time.
We feel proud to mention that we have with the help of worthly minister and state of haryana have developed a vast playground for the children of our Sector, having Archery, Footboll, Table Tennis, Bedminton, Carrom, Cricket. etc Games.
WE have been organizing many social functions and celebrate festivals together may be holi lohri or national Functions Independence Day Republic Day, organize Fee Medical Camps, Training to our Women to how to save LPG and how to use is SAFELY we have various pics will be uploaded is some time for your kind view.
Many Players of our Sector who took use of our playgound and facilites provided by RWA have earned laurels at highest level bringing pride to Our State and Sectior and their families, and Country !!! We have Table Tennis facility also.
We have organized Kavi Sammelan & Cultural Evening in Community Center on 12 Aug 18 Shri Rao Narbir Singh Haryana PWD Minister was the Chief Guest of this function.
We organize free medical checkup for our residents senior citizen in specal.

Resident Welfare Association (RWA) Sector 45 is formed for the welfare for the people of Sector, any resident can, after payment of the membership fee; and submitting a Membership form become Member of our Association. Only Members of RWA can avail the services of RWA. The amount paid by the residents to become members of RWA is very nominal and is detailed below: For Lifetime Membership of RWA sector 45 the sum of - Rs. 1100/- only is to be paid. This sum is a onetime/ Cheque payment. The Membership Forms Are Available here. Membership Forms once filled along with the registration money and the required credentials are to be submitted Either To President or General Secretary or any Executive Member.
